Veteran hiring

A Service-Disabled Veteran founded TISTA so we understand the challenges veterans face transiting to the workforce. Our veteran workforce enjoys great benefits such as an accelerated Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual schedule and a generous ($5k per year!) tuition reimbursement plan. We have regular town hall meetings for our veterans to provide the opportunity to connect with our vets nationwide. For those serving in guard duty or receiving annual training, TISTA keeps your compensation whole while you serve for 2 weeks (80 hours) annually.
