We serve more than 17,000 individuals with disabilities annually through a range of innovative and valued employment, training, habilitation, housing and other support services.

Each of our regional offices have received the maximum three-year CARF accreditation for rehabilitation programs. CARF accreditation is a public seal of trust and commitment to quality based on internationally accepted standards. Achieving this accreditation demonstrates ServiceSource's commitment to exceptional, personalized care. An organization receiving the highest level of CARF accreditation has undergone a detailed peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors, during an on-site visit, its commitment to providing programs and services of the highest quality.
ServiceSource is proud to be an authorized AbilityOne provider and to celebrate more than 25 years of empowering people with disabilities through the AbilityOne Program. The majority of ServiceSource's employees work in community-based jobs on AbilityOne service contracts with a variety of government agencies.
