Overview:
An established dynamic, profitable online and retail operation is looking for an experienced Sales/Customer Service representative. We are looking for a self-starter with strong analytic thinking skills to work with our team.
Online Sales/Customer Service representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while conducting customer services through all necessary channels including online and on the phone.

Online Sales/Customer Service representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while conducting customer services through all necessary channels including online and on the phone.
Job Duties:
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information
- Determine customer expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions based on budget and availability
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes and returns
- Provide accurate information regarding to the availability of in-stock items
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items
- Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint
- Manage time effectively and communicate to the purchasing department in demand of products
- Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Candidate must be friendly with customers, reliable, energetic and a team player with good communication skills
- Good to excellent computer knowledge is desired
- Must be able to work independently within specified time constraints
- Must be able to speak professionally and eloquently
- Excellent telephone and business writing skills
- Have interests in Swim/Bike/Run is a major plus
- Previous retail sales and customer service experiences is required
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experiences
