The Saber Healthcare Group skilled nursing and rehabilitation team strives to provide the highest level of nursing care and rehabilitation. Our talented, compassionate professionals are committed to our residents and their families by offering individualized care that improves the quality of life. In 2001, Saber Healthcare Group began when two skilled nursing facilities were acquired in the Cleveland area. Since then, we’ve grown to over a hundred facilities spanning across seven states including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Indiana, Delaware, North Carolina, and Florida.
