Appointed agents work directly with key decision makers (CEO, CFO, ED or senior HR) on bringing Aflac's set of benefits alongside the existing set and work with the company to discover the best implementation strategy.  It is, in essence, a business to business benefits consultant position.

Compensation is the most lucrative in the industry with top performers out earning traditional Wall Street investment banking jobs.  The majority of commissions are advanced to the agent prior to the transaction, with additional income recorruing on a monthly and annual basis.  5-6 five star all expense paid vacations are part of the compensation.
