Responsible for analyzing information to prepare various reports. Knowledgeable on fundamental concepts, practices and procedures associated with commercial real estate finance, including commercial appraising, market analysis and investment analysis.


Lead and coordinate the deliverables and responsibilities of graphic designers, photographers, and analysts while utilizing an adaptive personality to get the best from all of the responsible parties.

Generates, reviews and understands reports; uses aggregate data from multiple sources to assist in creating a complete analysis, improvement and/or recommendation.

Types of analyses includes one or all of the following: real estate industry/market, management reporting and variance analyses, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.

Prepares a variety of analyses, presentations and proposals for new business development, including preparation of graphics and illustrations.

Provides recommendations for management/Producer review.

Creates and produces electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for sale of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, market and industry research and targeted mailing lists.

Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proofreads content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.

Assists in the coordination and implementation of strategic platform strategies; performs research and analysis to support those strategies.

Serves as liaison with clients, lenders (if applicable), and government agencies (if applicable).

May conduct ad hoc studies for management upon request.

Other duties as assigned.


No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.


Bachelor's Degree required.0-2 years of experience in Real Estate or Finance, preferred


Real Estate Sales License preferred but not required. A real estate background is preferred where the candidate will have pre-existing sense of working with surveys, building drawings/floor plans, lease documents, etc.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional writing capability / very strong business vocabulary, and ability to create a narrative that best positions an asset for Marketing and Sales. Needs to demonstrate ability to consistently correspond with clients to track down and organize due diligence folders. Needs to know how to formulate the right question the first time.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely results, courteous service to customers, and to effectively present information.

Extremely organized with regard to electronic filing in a team environment where consistency and labeling are key for multiple team members accessing the same folders.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Knowledge of ARGUS preferred.


Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
