Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

* Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer and product requirements that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints

* Collaborate in an Agile, self-organizing cross-functional environment

* Support technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and effectiveness analyses for MA

* Execute the gathering and analysis for sector Preventive Corrective Action Board (PCAB) on quarterly rhythm for the sector/program.

* Compilation of the key performance indicators for the programs within the sector, and coordination with leadership to address any actions for underperforming programs.

* Lead for coordination, collection and reporting of sector level Mission Assurance and Effectiveness dashboard, Pathways rotation program for new hires PoC for Mission Assurance.

* Monitor and reporting of budgets at a functional level to ensure execution per provided constraints to meet financial expectations.

The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline preferred and 14 years of related experience, or a Masters Degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related experience or a PhD with 9 years experience

* Active DOD Secret Security Clearance last investigated within 5 1/2 years and the ability to obtain special program access

* Experience in data analysis

* Previous experience working with DCMA customer

* Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes

* Demonstrate ability to quickly learning new concepts and approaches

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and customer personnel.

*Salary Range: *$142,500 - $213,700

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
