Position Summary
As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you play a pivotal role in driving both salesforce and technical innovation within Salesforce. Your responsibilities encompass managing customer relations and collaborating with team members to ensure timely project delivery within budget and specification. IN summary, a Salesforce Technical Lead is a well-rounded senior developer with deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem. Here are the key aspects of the role:
- Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using VisualForce and Apex coding language.
- Understand and apply Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications, and policies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com Governor limits and Lightning UI for optimal performance.
- Lead and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud from a technical standpoint.
- Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce sales Cloud.
- Mentor junior team members in sales Cloud technology, integration technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
- Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement business technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce with the following Certifications. - Certifications in Salesforce Data architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect and Application Architect.
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, utilizing various tools and technologies:
- Apex Classes and Triggers
- Lightning Web Components
- Aura Components
- SOQL
- Integrations
- Experience Cloud
- Apex development and Visualforce best practices.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model
- Experience with Devops and tools like JIRA, Jenkins, and Git.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com Governor limits and Lightning UI.
- Knowledge of BULK API.
- Conducting client visioning sessions for integration or application rationalization.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare IT experience preferred
Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., II, DEV401, SCRUM, ADM201, ADM, PB, SFDC, DEV, ADM211, I/II).
Education-
- Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience(HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118,450.00 - $236,900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
