Customer Service rep- bilingual - Military Veterans

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You will handle a variety of tasks aimed at solving customer issues and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, good reasoning and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer 30-50 inbound calls per day.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Explain price lists and catalogs to customers.
Provide guidance on the function and repair of product.
Assist sales representatives with order entries.
Manage customer returns and assist the accounting department with short-pays and charge-backs (Accounts Receivable).
Discuss special pricing and contract quotes with customers (Inside Sales).
Track shipments and provide customers with estimated delivery times.
Send packing lists to customers upon request.
Communicate with purchasing, shipping (CA & MEM), and accounting departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and availability to customers.
Review daily reports and handle returns/replacements.Follow up on credit issues with customers (Accounts Receivable).
Collaborate with outside sales reps and keep them updated (Sales & Marketing).
Answer customer questions and provide exceptional service.
