Vice President, Innovation - Military Veterans

This visionary and strategic VP of Innovation will lead our company's transformation into a cutting-edge technology leader. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our MarketProminence product roadmap, driving the development of next-generation solutions, and propelling us towards significant market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Process Optimization:
    • Analyze market trends and identify emerging technologies with high potential for the healthcare software landscape.
    • Champion process optimization initiatives across the organization, focusing on our MarketProminence solution.


  • Product Leadership:
    • Spearhead the design and development of new products and functionalities.
    • Oversee the expansion of our technology stack and API services to enhance product capabilities.


  • Client Focus and Insights:
    • Conduct on-site client reviews to gather valuable insights and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Lead client workgroups and advisory boards to foster strong relationships and cultivate collaborative innovation.
    • Partner with the sales team to showcase new technologies and innovations during demos and business reviews.


  • Driving Growth:
    • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
    • Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify pricing strategies and market differentiation opportunities.
    • Champion the integrations of third-party solutions and components into our product ecosystem.
    • Collaborate with CTO to leverage technology for improved decision-making.


  • Leadership & Expertise:
    • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.
    • Oversee efficiency redesigns to optimize internal workflows and enhance productivity.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing product development team.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the healthcare software industry (experience within a similar boutique structure a plus).
  • Proven track record of developing and launching innovative healthcare software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the US healthcare system, including Medicare, Medicaid, and exchange platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential application in healthcare software.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for driving business growth and achieving market leadership.

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required. Will consider equivalent experience.
