Job Details:

Choose your schedule:

1st Shift: 5 am to 3:20 pm Monday-Thursday, $17 per hour

2nd Shift: 3 pm to 1:20 am Monday-Thursday $18 per hour

3rd Shift: 10:30 pm to 6:45 am Monday-Friday $18.50 per hour


  • Mandatory OT possible on Friday for 1st and 2nd shifts.

  • Open-ended opportunity with possibility for hire by company based on your work performance




What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating machines to produce food products.

  • Picking and preparing raw materials for use in production.

  • Verifying production runs match schedule by checking labels, packaging, and other specifications.

  • Folding and sealing cardboard boxes, labeling bagged products, removing bags from conveyor, placing into boxes, sealing, and stacking boxes onto pallets.

  • Completing paperwork.

  • Regularly handling objects weighing up to 50+ lbs.

  • Communicating with colleagues from other departments and working collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Utilizing simple hand tools as needed for production tasks.

  • Performing miscellaneous duties such as sweeping, clean-up, garbage removal, and taking samples.

  • Performing full wash down of the production room with the use of ECOLAB chemicals, scrub brushes, and a strahman hoses. The wash also involves the disassembling and assembly of the production equipment.

  • Adhering to all safety, environmental, and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth by IRCA.

You may be a good fit for this position, if:

  • You have 6 months of machine operation, production, assembly, warehouse or manufacturing experience.

  • You can lift up to 50 lbs frequently, climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have strong English and Math skills.

  • You can work overtime as needed.

  • You have new steel toed shoes or can get some before starting.

  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
