Job Overview:
This technical leadership will have tremendous visibility within the company, leading Japan and Korea service to solve our customers' most challenging problems and gather new potential opportunities . This role provides service energy for Japan and Korea and intera ctive with other regions if it needs help , lead the team grow and capability to handle new products and existing products and guidance for technical support of Enetgris's SCEM products activities .
Primary Responsibilities:
- Primary role will be to serve as to lead service expert supporting Japan MS products promotion, evaluation and technical support .
- Guide Jap an service develop technology skill that will meet Entegris MS projects.
- Work with ADM HW/ CIP FTE manger to identify/ tracking product quality .
- Creating plans and actions to drive SCEM products and chemical evaluation in Japan.
- Leading Japan service for all of new and modified equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
- Reviews performance reports and documentation form customers and field representatives and inspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem.
- Provides a communication between Japan/Korea service and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
- Work with other functional teams such as Account Managers, Supply Chain, Quality, CTO and Product Marketing etc. to support customers' requirements and operations .
- Occasional travel with Asia locations may be necessary to support customer requirement .
- Control and review meeting expense budge for Japan .
- Responsible for develop ing plans and conduct training for direct reports.
- Participate in regular business review meetings with SCEM leadership team and represent Japan/Korea Service in local opportunity reviews .
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent technical field requ ired Master's degree is a plus
- 10+ years managing experience for applications and Field engineers
- 1 0 + years of experience as an equipment/process engineer in a wafer fab environment or a semiconductor equipment company required .
- Ex perience with high purity liquid chemical delivery systems and wet chemical filtration
- Knowledge of deposition/Implant/CMP and clean systems and Design of Experiments techniques
- Excellent E nglish speaking skills
- S emiconductor experience
