Responsibilities

Join our team and you will take care of our commercial accounts by pulling stock and packing products for shipping. As an IFC Warehouse Assistant, you will maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation. You will… 


  • Fill orders by pulling stock and packing products on skids for truck shipments. 

  • Deliver products to clients. 

  • Ensure all stock is maintained in good order on shelving. 

  • Maintain clean working area, including warehouse grounds. . 

  • Deliver paperwork to IFC Corporate Office for processing and retrieve products from suppliers. 

  • Possess a high degree of attention to detail, work independently and be self-motivated. 

  • Process and maintain accuracy of paperwork for shipping and receivables. 

  • Through thorough training, be knowledgeable of specific customer requirements. 

  • Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:   



  • Must possess a valid driver’s license 


  • Obtain a Commercial Driver's License within the first 90 days of employment. 


  • Obtain necessary State pesticide licensure within 90 days of employment through training programs. 

 

Physical Demands / Working Environment: 


  • We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: 

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity 

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 

  • Push and pull more than 50 lbs. 

  • Frequent stooping, kneeling, climbing, & crouching, standing, and walking. 

  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions 

  • Work in constant exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals 

  • Appropriate fork-lift training and certification.
