The research assistant will work with Ali Mirzazadeh on developing an intervention to reduce HIV stigma among nursing students in Iran. This researcher will be involved in online data collection, management, and analysis of qualitative interviews with people living with HIV and nursing students and faculty. The researcher will also lead the development of an online HIV epidemiology course with 4 modules [HIV epidemiology, key populations at risk for HIV, HIV prevention and care, discussion/feedback of HIV responses/future directions in Iran]. Responsibilities may include generating interview guides, data analysis plans, conducting thematic analysis, developing learning objectives of the course, and creating content (slides, readings, recorded talks, learning exercises) as directed by the study PI and technical team of study.
