Position Title: Assistant Director of Admission Operations School/Division: Enrollment Management Office: Student Enrollment, Engagement and Success, Undergraduate Admission Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time Description: Reporting to the Director of Admission Operations, the Assistant Director of Admission Operations will be responsible for assisting with the creation and maintenance of reports, technical systems and operational processes in the Office of Undergraduate Admission. Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Conference, and the NCAA . Evening and weekend hours required in support of special projects, deadlines and events. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversees the operational process of undergraduate transfer and international applicants. Generates print communications for transfer and international applicants. Performs quality controls to ensure communications and data are accurate. Develops reports for internal and external constituents using Slate ( CRM ) and Microsoft Access. Manages the transfer credit evaluation process and supplemental communications. Supports the transfer team, which includes managing their assignments and workload. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in Higher Education and Slate. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent analytical, technical and communication skills. Ability to prioritize daily assignments while handling ad hoc projects and interacting with different levels of management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Technolutions Slate and Ellucian Banner preferred.
