Pay for this role is-$20.00 per hour

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing- STW to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.


This is an onsite position. Work schedule can vary as needed to accommodate the student's regular school schedule.


Request that successful candidate work a routine schedule up to the STW limit of 19 hours per week, and no less than 15 hours per week. There is room for flexibility when needed, but we request that a routine workweek be maintained as much as possible.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:



  • Will be assisting the Manufacturing Engineering team with a variety of tasks with a significant amount of computer based work.

  • Will be required to visit the manufacturing plant floor to obtain data and to acquire information from relevant parties

  • Work will include inputting data for new software, reviewing the change request database for long running changes and chasing owners for closure,

  • In addition this individual will take videos of online processes and upload them to a shared website.

  • Tracking number of changes, outstanding tasks and taking videos of the line.


To be successful in this role you will need the following:



  • Must be confident with computers and have knowledge of Microsoft

  • Able to communicate with many levels of the organization to acquire needed information.

  • Will be assisting the Manufacturing Engineering team with a variety of tasks with a significant amount of computer based work. Will be required to visit the manufacturing plant floor to obtain data and to acquire information from relevant parties. Work will include inputting data for new software, reviewing the change request database for long running changes and chasing owners for closure,

  • ​ Additional work will be updating parameters in a software and checking reference documents for audit compliance.

  • Must be 16 Years of age, in high school or post secondary school. No GPA requirement

  • 19-hour work week maximum.

  • Can start in Spring, Summer or Fall


Compensation and Benefits


Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
