This is a Fall Co-op, running from June to December. On-site in Bedford, MA

Core Purpose:
Our QA lab has a rich history of establishing various testing methods over the past decades. While these methods have served us well, the advent of advanced technologies presents an exciting opportunity for significant improvement. Embracing new and state-of-the-art technologies will not only enhance our testing capacity but also push the boundaries of what we can achieve.

To drive these improvements forward, we have comprehensive proposals and plans in place. In this pursuit, co-op students play a pivotal role as valuable assets. Their involvement in the exploration process will bring fresh perspectives and dynamic energy, helping to propel these projects towards successful implementation.

By integrating the expertise of our longstanding lab practices with the enthusiasm and knowledge of co-op students, we aim to establish a cutting-edge QA environment that sets new industry standards and ensures continued excellence in our testing methodologies.

In this role, you will:
• Comprehend current test science and its significance.
• Test using existing methods, and note pain points.
• Research and propose improvements.
• Execute feasibility studies for new ideas.
• Summarize findings in reports.
• A deep understanding of the current processes and high quality of the study with new technologies will be the standard for a successful co-op learning process.

You're a good fit if you have:
• Solid chemistry knowledge foundation and lab skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organization skills and motivation to executive tasks in time
• Analytical, critical, and logical mindset, be curious and exploratory

Desired Major(s): Chemistry, chemical engineering, Material science

Desired Graduation Year(s): 2024 or 2025
