3rd Sun-Fri 11:30pm-7:30am (Looking someone who is able to work on both shift when needed)
(Training Will Be On 1st Shift Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm (For About 1-2 Weeks).
Job description:-
Welding is a joining process in which metals, or sometimes plastics, are heated, melted and mixed to produce a joint with properties similar to those of the materials being joined. There are three main components needed to create a weld. These are: A heat source such as an electric arc, a flame, pressure, or friction.
Responsibilities:
- Operating a multitude of welding equipment.
- Working primarily on aluminum, steel, and galvanneal requiring a high grade of skill.
- Inspect materials or structures requiring welding.
- Monitoring processes while staying aware of overheating levels and safety.
- Read blueprints and weld metals according to customer or employer requirements.
- Perform set up of machine.
- Perform preventative maintenance as required.
- Examine created welds to check for defects/flaws.
- Perform safety and quality checks.
- Work and adhere to all safety policies
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- 1+ Years of experience in welding.
- This is Entry level role, Training would be provided
