Your Impact:
When it comes to environmental consulting, we’re focused on cleaning up our communities today to improve tomorrow. We’re looking for an environmental engineer/geologist/hydrogeologist to work on site characterization and remediation projects for government and private-sector clients.
Based in California, you’ll work with other scientists, engineers, and project managers on exciting projects in which you will learn from others and pass along your knowledge. Responsibilities may include performing or overseeing soil, soil vapor, groundwater, and surface water sampling, procurement of subcontractors, coordinating logistics for field activities, data analysis/interpretation, report writing, and participating in meetings with clients and regulators. Safety will be your priority, as you contribute to “incident free” operations and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety in everything you do.

Here’s What You’ll Need:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental engineering or geology or related field
- Minimum five years of experience in profession
- Professional experience with assessments and evaluations of data for various environmental media
- Professional experience in field work methodology and procedures used in the environmental industry
- 40-hr HAZWOPER certification or the ability to attain this certification
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfort engaging and meeting with clients and regulators
- Strong attention to detail
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- Professional registration in California (Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist)
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
