Municipal Sales Support Analyst / Sales Assistant - Military Veterans

Do you have the proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced sales & trading environment?

We are looking for a Sales Assistant for the Municipal Institutional Sales Desk. You will provide support to a several person sales team including:

• open and update subaccounts and allocate trades to the proper client account
• working with Client Onboarding, assist in the new relationship process
• maintain and update sales records, account lists, and production reports
• with Operations, work to correct trade problems promptly and accurately
• monitor and resolve unallocated trades
• maintain and distribute bond inventories, new issue information, and other data

  • Tailored training and development for military spouses
