*This position is a fully remote position.

The Senior Analyst Health Care Quality Management position participates in the development and monitoring of member and provider engagement activities for the MMP/Duals population. This will include interaction with internal stakeholders, vendors and providers to improve health care outcomes such as increased preventive care compliance, active participation in workgroups, delivery of initiatives and Quality information to internal and external constituents via written and verbal communication.

The Sr. Analyst role includes but not limited to:

• Provides support for HEDIS quality initiatives through development of educational materials, vendor setup, and outreach campaign development.

• Deliver internal quality initiative program education to internal departments.

• Support network providers with closing gaps in care and remote medical record collection through discussions and education.

• Participate in the annual medical record review (Hybrid) HEDIS project and project set up.

• Conduct year round medical record review of records obtained internally.

• Perform high level analysis of intervention effectiveness and membership disparities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 100,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in healthcare or managed care quality management.
• Knowledge of HEDIS.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external partners, primarily participating practitioners.

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior member and provider engagement experience.
• Knowledge of STARS.

Bachelor of Arts or equivalent level experience in related field
