  • Estimated annual base pay: $91,000 - $114,000(midpoint)

The Project Manager is accountable for the planning, directing, and execution of local and/or global projects. The Project Manager is responsible to direct the project team to achieve project deliverables including contractual and business objectives while ensuring satisfaction and QDRC (Quality, Delivery Responsiveness and Cost).

What you will be doing
  • Lead and present project updates for management reviews, provide written updates, and status reports.
  • Coordinates project activity with appropriate leaders, team members, and customers.
  • Accountable for scope change management: obtaining alignment with the accountable team members
  • Evaluate and drive implementation and maintenance of appropriate project management tools.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering and the COE to assure security of supply, high quality, competitively priced components.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Focused on internal and external customer needs, builds and maintains trust in relationship.

What We Are Looking For
  • Good knowledge of project management tools (specifically MS Project, Work Breakdown Structure).
  • 2-5 years specific functional area (such as Sourcing, manufacturing, quality)
  • 2-5 years in Project Management
  • Bachelors degree Required
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
