Boeing Ukraine is currently looking for Engineering Team Lead to join their team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
Knowledge of business and organization operations
Knowledgeable of policies, practices, trends, and information affecting business and organization
Clear conveying information and ideas to individuals or groups

Discovery of new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking
Provision of products and services that meet the highest technical and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies and processes
Identifying and correcting conditions and behaviors that affect employee and customer safety, upholding safety standards, demonstrating proactive safety culture leadership
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Commercial aircraft structure, materials strengths and properties, design criteria, loading conditions, and processes
Commercial aircraft systems, components and loadable/non-loadable software
Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data, summarize findings, develop conclusions
Ability to analyze problems (troubleshooting, fault isolation, repair, modification, or redesign) of assigned end items to support the design, development and modification of company products using knowledge of engineering disciplines (ME, EE, etc.)
Computer aided design tools and systems (CAD/CAM, CATIA, Mentor Graphics, Unigraphics), ability to manipulate data sets (e.g. compare CATIA to measurement data, create stereo lithography files)
Knowledge of engineering analysis (e.g. mechanical, electrical, avionics, design, circuit, systems, stress, structural, durability)
Ability to read, understand, interpret, apply and develop engineering data – drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design) and engineering technical information (handbooks, industry standards, specifications etc.)
Knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various Engineering departments/disciplines (e.g., design, test, software, technology, avionics); knowledge of the interaction between departments/disciplines
Ability to determine, apply, and perform arithmetic operations in order to solve complex math problems. This includes the ability to extract relevant information from tables, charts, graphs, text, spot relevant trends in data, and create and document models that can be used by others
Knowledge of structural repair principles (e.g., fatigue and corrosion, stress analysis, statics, materials strength, material characteristics, repair techniques), knowledge of structural repair, overhaul, nondestructive inspection, corrosion control, and composites
Preferred Qualifications:
Assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities and data needed for defining delivery configurations
Ability to evaluate complex vehicles and systems from a multitude of perspectives
Boeing design, production, and build processes, design concepts and techniques (concurrent engineering, DFM/A)
Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems, the ability to communicate with technical personnel from multiple skill areas and functions to evaluate technical information and issues impacting design, production, and support of products, services, or other deliverables
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
