We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Manager to work in Seattle who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. Join us and you’ll support a major infrastructure project within the city. In this role, you’ll oversee the activities of Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, Inspectors, and administrative personnel. You will utilize your expertise to oversee the program and the Construction Management team. You will manage subconsultants and be responsible for timely invoicing and reporting. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex phasing and construction problems, ensuring the success of our projects for our client. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

You will also support business development within our organization and assisting with the growth and development of our team in the Puget Sound area.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project Management of Civil Engineering or Transit projects over $100M.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Experience of working on projects with multiple funding sources.
  • Experience of working with multiple subconsultants, clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience of working with local municipalities.
  • Experience with alternative project delivery contracts

Typical salary range for this position is $134,700 - $210,350 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
