Executive Portfolio Administrator University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: 38099 Salary: $5,592 - $12,592 monthly Position Description: The Executive Portfolio Administrator will work collaboratively to provide high-level administrative support to the Office of the Vice Chancellor Student Affairs (OVCSA), and specifically to the Vice Chancellor Student Affairs (VCSA) . Primary to the position will be to provide executive level support for the daily activities of the VCSA, including overseeing comprehensive calendar duties, meeting preparation, correspondence, and special projects. The position also supports cross-operational initiatives, provides overall administrative and programmatic support for the OVCSA. The Executive Portfolio Administrator will work in collaboration with designated personnel across Student Affairs departments to ensure critical programs proceed - including when necessary assistance with emergency preparedness, space inventory, support for the Student Fee Advisory Committee, event planning and coordination of departmental and divisional meetings, retreats, and conferences. The incumbent will also provide senior level oversight in processing requests for supplies, services, travel and equipment using various on-line systems (such as BruinBuy and Travel Express) for the VCSA.
