From your PASSION to ours

The eCommerce Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing our Pure Play eCommerce customers: Amazon Fresh, Amazon.com, and Boxed.com. Reporting into the Head of Sales, eCommerce, the role will play a leading role in developing and executing strategies against the eCommerce P&L. Success in this role requires a self-starter mindset, high degree of ownership, drive, and the ability to leverage data in support of making site merchandising decisions. 


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Serve as a key contact for all Amazon related activity and lead daily operations of the Amazon business to maintain profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationship with Amazon Team, lead business review meetings and manage annual negotiations.
  • Manage Trade checkbooks and develop and execute annual promotional calendar while using historical results to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Company Sales, Operations, and Finance Teams to update business forecasts and P&Ls.
  • Build relationships and work with Company Supply Chain organization to improve Operational Performance and reduce Chargebacks.
  • Identify assortment gaps and work cross-functionally to launch and potentially launch new items.
  • Manage and execute Best-in-Class digital merchandising, including Product Images, A+ Content and Brand Stores in partnership with the Digital Shelf Manager.
  • Manage catalog and troubleshoot product/pricing issues that negatively impact performance.
  • Develop and present ongoing presentations to provide business updates and trends.
