McCall Service will invest in your training as sales experience is not required to join our team!


Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

  • Complete inspections encompassing interior, exterior, attic, and crawl space and provide quotes for McCall Residential service offerings to prospective customers.
  • Ensure completion of documentation to align with McCall standards.
  • Generate sales leads via cold calling, networking, strategic partnerships, etc.
  • Communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest Exterminating customers   
  • Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers
  • Attend all McCall Service continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance.
  • Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle.

Qualifications

Requirements:

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.  Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
