Position Overview: The Accounting and Reporting Analyst supports the company’s close, consolidations and financial reporting process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversees initial set up and rollover of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) and quarterly earnings documents and analyses
- Prepares and reviews SEC financial statements (including cash flow and shareholders’ equity) and disclosures, including footnotes, MD&A, Non-GAAP tables, and other SEC disclosures
- Prepares and reviews of quarterly earnings documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with 10-Q/10-K
- Conducts technical accounting and SEC reporting research, benchmarking, and drafts related memos
- Prepares/reviews US GAAP checklists
- Manages XBRL tagging in SEC filings
- Prepares analyses using HFM/Hyperion/Smartview Excel data pulls
- Manage stock-based compensation and other equity accounting and reporting (RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, Treasury Stock, AOCI, etc.)
- Assist in the preparation/review of debt covenant calculations. Complete other ad-hoc requests, including stock compensation analysis for tax department, corporate initiatives and projects as requested by management.
- Responds to internal and external auditors’ inquiries.
- Maintains and performs SOX controls related to job responsibilities
- Manages the Corporate reporting calendar
- Prepares journal entries for the corporate and consolidated close, including stock compensation entries.
- Manage 401-k plan audits
- Manage US Governmental filings (e.g., Census, Bureau of Economic Analysis) and collaborate with team to develop a sustainable process at the consolidated level and at the wholesale and manufacturing reporting level (Manufacturing surveys and governmental filings, Mauritius statutory filings).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience with SEC reporting, including financial statement and disclosure preparation, review, and tie outs
- Experience with technical accounting research and memo writing
- Experience with DFIN ActiveDisclosure a plus
- Experience with Hyperion / HFM / Smartview a plus
- Superior proficiency is Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- CPA Certification a plus
- Audit/public accounting background a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Expected Salary Range: $80,440 - 100,550
The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. PCHI reserves the right to pay more or less than the stated range based on a variety of factors such as experience, geography, etc.
