LinQuest is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Lead to join our team on-site at Los Angeles AFB, CA

The Digital Engineering Lead will center on the development of system models and their usage analyzing system concepts, architectures, and designs to enable technical trades at all levels of the space enterprise, with a heavy emphasis on state-of-the-art Digital Engineering/Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques for all requirements, descriptive models, analytical models, cost models, and management and support functions in one common, integrated ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a Digital Engineering strategy that meets the Government’s Digital Engineering methodology to establish and maintain a technical baseline, with automated technical impact tools, integrated modeling and simulation, and has traceability to the program technical solution.
  • Refine Digital Engineering/MBSE standards, style guides, and conventions and coordinate the Digital Engineering infrastructure development.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of SysML and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)/Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) models in Cameo Enterprise Architect.
  • Liaison with subject matter experts, analysts, architects, designers, system engineers, specialty engineers, and management to capture structure and behavior according to Government and Commercial (e.g., OMG) standards.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science and fourteen (14) years of related experience.

    • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI and be willing to consent to a CI polygraph examination.

    • UPDM/UAF/DoDAF and/or SysML.

    • Cameo Enterprise Architect, Sparx Enterprise Architect, DOORS/DOORS Next Generation, and/or Phoenix Integration ModelCenter and familiarity with various analytical and decisions aid tools (e.g. MatLab, STK, etc.)

    • INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification and/or OMG Certified System Modeling Professional (OSCMP) certification.

    Compensation:

    • The starting salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $225,000, depending on relevant experience and qualifications
