Job Description

Responsible for the development, implementation, management, and performance of sourcing strategies within a given Category, to meet business goals and objectives.

Our group:

Our team develops the overall strategy for a product category and research new sourcing and product options in the category to drive sales and achieve targets. The category management group conducts continual analysis to stay ahead of trends, risk, demands or supply changes, work closely with internal and external stakeholders to continuously innovate, achieve better outcomes and add value.

Our group consists of experienced and highly motivated procurement experts coming from different backgrounds acting together to deliver an optimal outcome for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with R&D and business stakeholders to establish, develop sourcing strategies and supplier management activities.
  • Establish & maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Own vendor base Commercial, Contractual & Operational activities responsibility
  • Perform detailed cost analysis to assure best cost solutions
  • Supplier Selection / Sourcing (T/K ,DS), Commercial negotiations (MCOS, Opex, LT, responsiveness, etc...)
  • Drive for Supply Chain efficiency and excellence
  • Escalation focal point for supply chain issues


Skills and Experience
  • Relevant Technological Knowledge (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Physics is an advantage).
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic Suppliers Management.
  • Strong commercial orientations, communication, negotiation skill and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in leading cross- organization projects, leadership capabilities.
  • Good communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
