Position Summary

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing clerical administrative support for the Warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing the daily warehouse shipping schedule by directing the activities for loading and shipping products, maintaining warehouse records, and performing job assignments to ensure we meet our warehouse and customer satisfaction goals.
 

  • Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity.
  • Check drivers in and out, while aiding loaders in locating product.
  • Prepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperwork.
  • Coordinate movement of trailers.
  • Assist with the transfer of products between factory and outside storage.
  • Prioritize and manage workload with various tools.


Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years logistics and administrative experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, dispatching or related environment.
