As a Quality Control Inspector, you will provide support for the inspection of machine parts and tools during assemblies and sub-assemblies. You will work as a collaborative team member and ensure all parts and tools are thoroughly verified to meet our standards. You will be given the opportunity to experience our innovative design and technology.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:
- Verifying tests as required on all components and completed assemblies
- Overseeing preparation of drawings, technical documents and manufacturing records for orders to ensure compliance with internal systems
- Inspecting parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints
- Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications
- Identifying enhancements in processes and procedures to improve performance
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Diploma in Mechanical related subject in a relevant field
- Have extensive experience in Quality Inspection on machine parts and tools during assembly and subassembly processes
- Show proficient knowledge of dimensional testing, reading drawings and manufacturing process
