This position is primarily responsible for supporting HVAC, Plumbing and Electric installation projects to ensure proper permitting, warranty and rebate registration for maximum customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of profitability through efficiency and productivity.

Hourly Pay $20.00-$22.00 per hour plus quarterly bonuses


Permit Coordination 

  • Complete and submit permit applications and payments in accordance with the city/county guidelines for each installation.
  • Attach permit and receipt to customer account in Service Titan.
  • Submit all documents to the Install Coordinator to complete the review and mailing process.
  • Warranty Registration 
  • Register all installed equipment for qualifying warranties and ensure documentation is provided to customers. 
  • Notify the sales team when warranty requirements change to ensure customers are properly educated about eligible warranties.  
  • Confirm warranty costs are added to job costing worksheets prior to the commission being paid.
  • Rebate Registration 
  • Register installed equipment for eligible rebates to include but not limited to, Evergy, Spire, and Independence Power and Light. 
  • Notify the sales team when rebate requirements change to ensure customer are properly educated about eligible rebates.  


  • Serve as a backup to Install Coordinators as needed. 
  • Answers incoming customer phone calls when necessary.
  • Book go-backs, recalls and service calls as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  1. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE— High school diploma.  One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. LANGUAGE— Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.  Able to write routine reports and correspondence.
  3. MATHEMATICS— Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and ratios.
  4. REASONING ABILITY— Able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
  5. COMPUTER SKILLS— Knowledge of Data Entry software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
