Job Description
• Contribute to and create Architecture runway from Product Backlog (related to Enabler Features aka Architecture Features)
• Manage Train/Feature/Story level Non-Functional Requirements
• Oversee and own end-to-end architecture (solution + integration) of the features assigned to the respective Train(s).
• Own tech. debt items and collaborate with Product Management to remediate tech. debts
• Participate in the Architecture Sync discussions
• Work directly with Agile teams to implement solutions
• Support work-product-inspection review and approval process and signoffs
• Provide consultation and SME support for all projects that impacts their domain(s)
• Participate in Quick-size effort
• Support and contribute to the new features and requirements intake efforts
• Provide ad-hoc consultation for large programs or projects outside the domain
• Engage and support general oversight of activities that go on within the domain
• Provide governance oversight for solutions impacting their domain(s)
• Run and participate in Peer Reviews for work related to their domain(s)
• Maintain domain(s) level diagrams in selected tools
• Effectively manage team of individuals working within their domain(s)
• Contribute and participate in L2 meetings
• Mentor junior Solution Architects
• Participate in quarterly domain5’s iteration and program increment planning
• Review Service Requests for architecturally significant programs/projects and requests for support
• Determine if issues or risks need to be taken to Risk Review
Collaboration with other Architecture domain teams
• Provide regular Architectural status to Architecture and Business directors
• Coordinate face-to-face meetings with business teams
• Coordinate Project Application Compliance Assessments
• Capture NFR requirements and provides support during performance tests
• Coordinate daily and working closely with Development teams

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 115,000
Maximum: 230,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience with various programming languages such as Java, Ruby, Bash, Python and/or JavaScript and Node
• 8+ years of experience with software security of backend services, APIs or front-end applications (native mobile and web)

Preferred Qualifications
• Excellent understanding of architectural / application / deployment patterns and best practices
• Excellent understanding and experience with cloud security and software security standards and best practices such as CIS, OWASP, CSA, NIST in order to ensure compliance for all
• Experience leading and/or and managing a team of software engineers
• Experience with scaling small teams in order to meet organizational objectives
• Ability to provide and clearly and effectively communicate opportunities and / or strategies for improvement to the team and greater organization
• Experience working with Agile tools and with agile teams.
• Servant leadership qualities
• Prior experience as a Solution Architect, Business Architect, or similar technical role
• Strong documentation skills with a proven ability to develop Functional Specifications
• Highly autonomous, self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working within a dynamic environment
• Solutions oriented with proven success in a fast-paced environment
• SAFe 5 certification(s)
• Excellent communication skills
Experience in Design Thinking
• Technical education with experience in driving business projects
• Healthcare domain knowledge
8+ years of multi-cloud knowledge and use of micro-services with major Cloud Providers Certifications
8+ years experience with containers orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
8+ years experience with CI/CD build tools

Master's in computer & Information Science
