In our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, we are looking to hire a small group of recent graduates to join us and learn the ins and outs of the Supply Chain business. This comprehensive operations management program allows you to provide solutions to real-life challenges that positively impact the business. Through hands-on career development, you’ll work with mentors to receive the right tools and training in all areas of Distribution Center Logistics.

An exciting part of this program is the opportunity to work in different warehouse locations and areas of responsibility. You will work at one location for 12-18 months and then move to another facility (your preference is considered). Assignments will provide broad exposure to C&S while also allowing you to tackle challenging issues and add immediate value. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to become a leader in the warehouse. Whether you're interested in becoming a Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Director of Operations, the options are endless.

  • Start Earning $65k per year
  • $7,500 Sign-on Bonus paid out after the first month!

You will contribute by

  • Building a strong professional/operations acumen and focus.
  • Successfully lead, manage and complete special projects and task assignments aligned to the Operations Excellence pillar under the direction of the Director of Operations.
  • Meet with the Director of Operations and other assigned mentors on a regularly scheduled cadence focusing on development to understand the business better and help achieve objectives.
  • Actively network and build connections within the business and the industry.
  • Actively participate in company-sponsored service initiatives in the local community and through volunteer efforts.

We’re searching for candidates with

  • Bachelor’s Degree- Operations & Supply Chain Management
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and written, and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and changing responsibilities
  • Problem analysis, decision-making, and analytical capabilities
  • Eagerness to learn and accept challenges
  • Ability to think independently and creatively while working well with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
