Vice President for Enrollment Management Admission Description Gustavus Adolphus College (Saint Peter, Minn.), a nationally ranked liberal arts college, seeks applications and nominations for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM). The College is a selective, private, coeducational, residential liberal arts college of 2,066 students from 40 states and 34 countries. Guided by five core values: excellence, community, justice, service, and faith, the College champions a model of the liberal arts that combines a strong emphasis on traditional liberal arts disciplines with a commitment to progressive interdisciplinary programs. The college is located in St. Peter, Minnesota, about an hour southwest of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Founded by Swedish immigrants in 1862, Gustavus continues to embrace its Lutheran and Swedish heritages. The VPEM reports to the President, is a member of the President's Cabinet, and works collaboratively with other vice presidents, senior leaders, the enrollment management team, and entire campus community to achieve the College's strategic enrollment goals and objectives. The College seeks an experienced, creative, and dynamic leader who will provide executive oversight for all aspects of enrollment management, including recruitment of domestic and international students, retention strategies, and financial aid. The VPEM oversees a budget of approximately $5.6M and leads a team of 25. Prerequisites The Vice President for Enrollment Management will be a strong leader with a track record of success in driving enrollment strategies in higher education. The VPEM will bring administrative experience, a highly relational approach, outstanding communication skills, self-confidence balanced with humility, integrity of the highest order, a strong work ethic, and a clear understanding of liberal arts institutions to the work.
