We are looking for aRight of Way (ROW) Coordinator – Familiar wit Metrolink Right of Entry Permit Process to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a ROW Coordinator, you’ll have the chance run the work required for Third Party entities to apply to enter upon the property managed by Southern California Railroad Authority (SCRRA).  

This position will have the responsibility for sorting out the requests and ensuring that all necessary documents, drawing, payments and approvals are in place before moving the application to approved status. The position will require strong communication skills and be able to interact with both internal as well as external clients.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Knowledge and familiarity in railroad operating rules and practices and procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent Business Program 
  • 5+ years related professional experience in rail/transit services 
  • Strong Computer skills   
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
  •   Strong communication skills are a must.

• Must be able to review drawings, plans, and specifications for forwarding to the proper railroad track and civil construction engineer.

• Must be able to supervise the work of others for compliance with this contract

• Must be able to complete work under time pressures and to maintain composure

under the stress of emergency situations
