The Training Systems & Data Evaluator is an expert & highly skilled in making analysis of airline training systems, training process and training data that support pilot training.

The role will evaluate the compatibility of current information systems in relation to the customer airlines transition to competency-based training & assessment (CBTA), and work with customer airlines and business partners in order to achieve systems and processes that support CBTA data collection & analysis. Following the creation of a gap analysis you will support option for the airline to adapt and implement the Boeing CBTA and training data analysis program.


  • Analyse the airline training systems and processes in place within an airline that support aircrew training

  • Assess the viability of airline systems to adapt to Boeing CBTA data driven products & applications

  • Create a specific airline systems gap analysis

  • Build an airline specific system transition plan that enables full implementation of Boeing CBTA data driven products & applications

  • Build an airline specific data analytics transition plan that enables Boeing CBTA objectives

  • Work closely with internal and external partners

  • Carryout analysis of airline existing systems

  • Make sure that airline requirements are translated into highly specified project briefs

  • Identify possibilities for systems solutions to suit both technical and business suitability

  • Create accurate proposals for modified systems

  • Make provision of project feasibility reports

  • Identify application problems and evaluate procedures and processes

  • Support airline solutions by crafting and evaluating alternative solutions

  • Check and confirm results by testing programs

  • Facilitate operation by training client personnel

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Required Experience:  

  • Ability to travel unrestricted world-wide - minimum 50% of time travelling

  • Balanced profile of airline training, business knowledge/understanding and analytical systems and data analysis used in airline aircrew training

  • Outstanding at relationship building with experience of partnering with business

  • Minimum of 1 year working with data management systems and analysis

  • Ability to work remotely in a small team of different subject matter experts

  • Ability to articulate clearly and deliver accurate, concise written reports

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Airline aircrew training data management experience would be an advantage

This requisition is for an international, locally hired position. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CURRENT LEGAL AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN Turkey.
