About this role:

The Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Regulatory Change Management Program team is hiring a Business Execution Consultant.  This team drives the implementation of new and changed state, federal, and international laws and regulations.  We are responsible for assessing, planning, tracking, reporting, and communicating regulatory change efforts that impact all WIM businesses working closely with Compliance, Control, Business SMEs, and Legal to ensure that regulatory compliance date(s) are met. 

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the assessment of regulatory changes in consultation with Business Stakeholders, Compliance, Control Executives, Legal, and other risk functions to determine potential impact to business activities, processes, and systems
  • Drive planning, communicating, and tracking the implementation of new or changed rules and regulations to ensure timely execution in close coordination with Business Stakeholders, Business Control Executives, Independent Risk, Legal, WIM Portfolio Delivery Group
  • Support production and distribution of WIM regulatory change implementation status reporting
  • Support the Quarterly WIM Regulatory Change Management meetings
  • Support WIM Regulatory Change Management Program including the WIM Regulatory Change Management and RCM Self Assurance (SAA) front line procedures, RCM SAA testing, as well as, Audit, T&V, and Compliance Program support
  • Ensuring program compliance with Enterprise Policies (e.g. Regulatory Change Management, Change Management)
  • Organize, facilitate, track activities, and provide status updates and support to senior executives as needed for regulatory related initiatives
  • Coordinate tactical and strategic solutions in response to new initiatives or changes to current regulatory requirements applicable to WIM

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience with an in-depth knowledge of Wealth and Investment Management
  • Risk and regulatory compliance experience
  • Regulatory change management experience, including providing oversight and support for regulatory projects
  • Experience driving implementation of new and changed state, federal, and international laws and regulations
  • Experience ensuring program compliance with Enterprise Policies.
  • Experience coordinating and implementing new or changed rules and regulations across a line of business to include technology changes, communication, policy changes, and training
  • Leadership and relationship building skills with the ability to engage and influence others towards achieving goals in a changing environment
  • Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Knowledge, understanding, and experience with project management principles: tracking deliverables and coordinating tasks and activities; managing issues and risks; driving to achievement of objectives
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and commitment to working as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and understanding of how they are implemented, managed, and enforced


Job Expectations:

  • Hybrid in-office model (minimum of 3 days per week in one of the office locations listed).  Telework or remote work setting is not available
