**Job Summary**

In this role you will be a dedicated project team member of the HR Technology reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Organization Change Management. This position will work closely with HR Technology and functional business leaders to identify and assess the magnitude of change to stakeholders resulting from process and design of technical solutions deployed by the HR Technology team. You will partner with OCM, Communications, Learning as well as external OCM vendors. You will coordinate and help direct design, development, and execution of change management and communication strategies and plans. This will include championing and driving change behaviors throughout WM organizations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Manages change processes and initiatives for a broad array of hardware, software, and communications equipment (or any other applications, technologies, and/or databases).

+ Presents, communicates, and articulates change management practices to technical and non-technical personnel, outside vendors, and senior leadership.

+ Engages leadership, program sponsors and business owners regularly to understand changes and value impact expectations.

+ Assesses the impacts, benefits and deployment challenges of proposed changes.

+ Mentors team members in streamlining business process through proposed changes.

+ Identifies and advises when changes in software applications and systems require OCM support based on current business processes and stakeholder capabilities.

+ Collaborates with HRT and functional business teams to create visibility into change, engagement, communications, and training strategies and deliverables.

+ Deliver strategy plans in engagement, communication, process alignment, role/work transitions, and learning interventions.

+ Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of change strategies intended to minimize disruptions to normal business operations.

+ Executes and refines change management and communication goals and objectives.

+ Leads teams focused on driving outcomes in support of enterprise-level strategies.

+ Partners closely with corporate communications to develop and execute change and communication initiatives.

+ Leverages modern approaches to building change management programs considering enterprise impacts to employees, customers, and other key stakeholders.

+ Displays Agile OCM mindset and ways of working through transformation.

+ Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, telling WM stories visually and succinctly, with ability to communicate up, down, and across.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is management through one or more managerial levels. This includes:

+ Direct supervision of full-time employees including management, team leads and individual contributor positions

+ May have indirect supervision of other full-time management and/or individual contributor positions.

**Qualifications**

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

**A. Education and Experience**

+ Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.

+ Five (5) years of related experience (in addition to education requirement)

**B. Preferred Experience**

+ Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design or similar studies

+ Experience in leading large scale enterprise company transformations.

+ Organizational Change Management Professional Certification (OCM, PROSCI, ACMP)
