**Job Summary**

In this role you’ll lead functional requirement gathering for HR Technology supporting Oracle Learning Cloud and other learning technologies as required. You will act as a liaison with product owners and COE members on system enhancements. Conduct business process analysis, needs assessments, and various analysis in effort to align technical solutions with Learning & Leadership Development and WM business initiatives. You’ll Partner with HR Application Support in enhancing systems with an emphasis on user experience, simplification, automation, and third-party vendor support.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Supports design and system with a focus on business objectives and end user experience.

+ Reviews release notes and vendor published sites to keep current and recommend solutions to resolve issues.

+ Logs enhancement requests or "vote" for enhancements.

+ Facilitates design sessions reviewing design specifications and configuration iterations,

+ Participates in the solution and validating/approving prior to deployment.

+ Analyzes impact of configuration, Fast Formulas, and extensions to service delivery, downstream systems and integrations.

+ Provides input in meetings to resolve priority issues.

+ Continuously develops and advances knowledge of assigned application(s) utilizing vendor websites, user groups and training to effectively utilize system capabilities.

+ Mentor less experienced team members and is recognized for working knowledge.

+ Supports request for proposal (RFP) process working closely with the application support team, Domain Lead, Product Owner, Finance and People functions leaders.

+ Conducts assessments and makes recommendations for configuration, reporting, and/or integrations.

+ Coordinates and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing.

+ Supports with required screen shots and system steps for testing and change management.

+ Develops user acceptance test case scenarios ensuring testers have the necessary information and access for testing.

+ Provides support for integrations, reports, and large data import and extractions.

+ Supports migrations, releases, upgrades and/or patches mitigating risk and downstream impacts.

+ Develops knowledge and on configuration, extensions and Fast Formulas.

+ Collaborates with Technology and third party vendors for support as necessary.

+ Work in partnership with Product Owners, project managers, COEs and SMEs.

+ Provides consultative advice on moderately complex issues to Finance and People functions and relevant detailed documentation.

+ Participates in design sessions, provides input on design and configuration iterations.

+ Partners with Product Owners, PMO, and CMO to identify application change impacts to materials such as: job aids, training, FAQs, and communications.

+ Helps resolve "How To" questions, maintaining relevant support materials, knowledge management and PMO team.


The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

**A. Education and Experience**

+ Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience.

+ Two (2) years of relevant work experience in addition to education requirement.

**B. Preferred Experience**

+ 2 years’ experience as a Business or Support Analyst within HRIS or HR Technology

+ Agile experience with daily stand-ups, sprint cycles and Jira planning.

+ LMS Learning Management in Oracle Cloud or other platforms.
