Requisition Number: S_220710 Department: Public Policy Center-1525 Description of Work: Will conduct and facilitate training projects, coordinate logistics related to training and outreach, organize registrations and evaluations surrounding training and outreach projects, collect and analyze event data, oversee conversion of in-person trainings to virtual formats, interact with external partners and team members to plan and implement training activities, and coordinate technical preparation for outreach and training events. Work with dynamic teams on variety of public policy projects, including those in behavioral health, public participation, and other applied social sciences endeavors. Some travel required. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of experience with detailed planning in a professional setting. Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirement. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include two (2) or more years of experience with detailed planning in a professional setting; experience and/or training with adult learning principles, training methods and techniques; experience developing training materials; and experience developing training or courses for in-person, virtual, and/or asynchronous online delivery. For this position, experience in coordinating training and outreach is extremely beneficial. Posted Salary: 43,000/yr. minimum Job Type: Full-Time
