Requisition Number: F_220168 Department: Physics & Astronomy-1092 Description of Work: Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research position in experimental Atomic, Molecular, and Optical Physics to do research on free electron quantum degeneracy, quantum decoherence and electron spin using femtosecond laser pulses and entangled photons. The position is for one year, renewable each year based on performance and dependent on continued funding. Minimum Required Qualifications: PhD in Physics with focus on experimental work. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in one or more of the following: simulations, electronics, quantum optics, vacuum and laser systems, is beneficial. Job Type: Full-Time
