Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary We are a team of researchers in the Department of Psychiatry focused on understanding how technology and social media shape health behaviors. We are also developing and evaluating digital interventions to help individuals with their substance misuse and/or emotional wellbeing. This position will play an important part in a clinical project that will implement a digital therapeutic tool within multiple clinics to support the in-person addiction treatment that adults are receiving. This position will perform a wide variety of activities to support the startup and completion of this project and may supervise other clinical operations personnel. Develops and tracks study timelines, budget, and quality metrics. Provides and supervises mobile app recovery coaching to clients with mental illness or addictions via mobile health technology. In this role, you will help support clients in their recovery and/or link them with resources in their own community. Organizes and leads the clinical project team. Leads regularly scheduled team meetings. Participates in meetings with investigative sites, key opinion leaders and consultants as needed. Plays a part in the analysis, summary, and reporting of clinical data through the course of the study. Aides in the training and development of all clinical staff members. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Bachelorâ™s and/or masterâ™s degree in a scientific discipline, RN, BSN degree or equivalent. Some clinical social work or clinical psychology experience. Demonstrated ability and expertise in handling varied aspects of grant administration and management. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and meet planned project goals. Demonstrated ability in M.S. Office Suite. Required Qualifications Equivalent of a Bachelorâ™s degree in Business Administration or related, with five years related experience. Grade G10 Salary Range $47,300.00 - $78,200.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
