**Job Summary**

In this role you will be a dedicated project team member of the HR Technology directly to the Senior Manager, Organization Change Management. You will partner with Senior Analyst, Organization Change Management (OCM) to maintain and advance the development of impactful learning experiences for a broad cross-cultural audience. Apply current industry-leading adult learning principles and practices towards designing and developing modern and dynamic course materials in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Assesses training needs, develops new and existing training programs meeting the needs of the business, while driving end user adoption.

+ Provides strategic technology direction as a proactive and strategic business partner in a learning environment using sound business judgement.

+ Manages and communicates training project status throughout development and delivery.

+ Manages the quality of the programs and products produced for training within the budget framework.

+ Evaluates effectiveness of all training programs for updating and enhancements.

+ Partners with Oracle Managed Services to keep performance support collateral developed via a Digital Adoption Platform (OGL) updated and effectively usable by end users.

+ Tracks learner performance metrics within organizations to provide visibility to risk areas.

+ Supports project owners and service managers in defining and implementing mediation plans to improve readiness measures.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is management through one or more managerial levels. This includes:

+ May coach or mentor less experienced personnel or act as team leader on less complex system projects.


The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

**A. Education and Experience**

+ Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.

+ Five (5) years of related experience (in addition to education requirement)

**B. Preferred Experience**

+ 5 years experience in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, and Learning & Development

+ Experience with Oracle Cloud, OGL, Oracle Cloud Fusion applications as LMS Platform

+ Analyst support in curriculum design, visual design for slides, webpages and video production

+ Analyst support in developing multimedia content such as audio, video, animation or interactive content with tools like Camtasia

+ Organizational Change Management Professional Certification (OCM, PROSCI, ACMP)
