Responsibilities:
  • In-process inspection of solder/workmanship Printed Circuit Board assemblies and Cable/Wire Harness assemblies.
  • Communicate with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve non-conformance issues.
  • In-process inspection data collection/inspection log sheets, analysis, and presentation.
  • Provide company personnel with technical guidance and training to meet customer requirements.
  • Use MS Outlook, Word, and Excel as needed.
  • In-process mechanical inspection using Micro-Hite height gage and/or digital calipers.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, MIL-STD-883 and/or IPC-A-620 workmanship standards. Current certification a plus.
  • Experience working with revision-controlled drawings and maintaining AS9100 quality systems.
  • Minimum 1 year printed circuit board inspection experience, hybrid microelectronic devices (ribbon bonds), etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers in a team environment and a Class 100,000 cleanroom, as needed.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and good penmanship (legible quality records). Some customer interaction.

Salary Range - $30.00 / hour

This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a "U.S. Person" as defined under ITAR and EAR.
