Job Summary

The Aseptic Technician is responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site including, but not limited to performing sanitization cleanings per established schedules and maintaining cleaning equipment. Must be cognizant of and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Job Break-down Sheets, and GMP regulatory requirements in an FDA regulated production environment.

What does the position do?
  • Perform multiple cleaning types per client SOP's which vary in complexity.
  • Maintain multiple janitorial closets in a GMP, 6S, in a state of inspection readiness at all times.
  • Complete daily logbooks, physical and electronic, of all sanitization activities ensuring all information is accurate; as well as use the customer's database systems.
  • Accurately measure and mix cleaning compounds/chemicals, sanitates and solutions.
  • Operates floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
  • Diagnose cleaning equipment maintenance needs and enter work orders into client computer-based systems.
  • Maintain all cleaning equipment per guidelines.
  • Maintain and adhere to training requirements.
  • Stock, sort, collect and transport gowns and supplies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


What do you need to have? (required)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of applicable job experience
  • Knowledge of and ability to use multiple computer programs
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Vaccinated for Covid
  • Excellent customer service skills; display a professional can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand, read, and write technical information
  • Must exhibit core values and behaviors: integrity, respect, collaboration, and accountability
  • Perform duties with the highest regard for safety and quality
  • Conform to all customer requirements for background checks, health and safety issues, and security clearances
  • Must be flexible, motivated, and have the ability to act independently


What would be nice to have? (desired by not required)
  • 1+ years of wash experience in a GMP environment
  • Associate degree
  • Strong desire to learn and grow with the company


What is the environment like?

Location: 1400 McKean Road, Spring House, PA 19477

The work environment characteristics and physical effort described here are representative of those an associate will likely encounter while performing the typical functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.

Primarily works in a double-gowned, GMP manufacturing environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level. Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent, or new alternatives, are used to resolve work problems.

Physical effort is required. Work but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that may weigh up to 50lbs.
