Job Description
As a Benefit Relationship Manager, you will work directly with one or more clients to understand their pharmacy business objectives, consult on pharmacy solutions which can achieve their objectives, and document their pharmacy benefit requirements. The pharmacy benefits requirements are used to drive the pharmacy benefit configuration and testing processes. You will work with Configuration Representatives and Testers to answer requirements questions and to review the testing results to ensure we are delivering high quality, predictable outcomes. You will work with one or more clients to answer questions about their pharmacy benefit plan design and present innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.

You will accomplish this by:
• Building strong relationships with key client partners using a consultative approach.
• Leading the pharmacy benefit requirements process for new and existing clients.
• Translating client objectives into pharmacy benefit plan requirements.
• Presenting solutions to clients which meet their business objectives.
• Investigating and resolving requirements related issues.
• Facilitating internal and external meetings to provide status updates and make decisions relative to client benefit setup.
• Evaluating the impact of customer-requested requirements exceptions and developing reasonable alternatives to satisfy client needs.

Your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction score targets. In this role, you will operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines so your ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. The contributions you will make as a Benefit Relationship Manager will position CVS Health as a leader in client satisfaction and service in the Pharmacy Benefit Management marketplace.
**This position can be a remote work from home role.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 130,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Some knowledge of pharmacy/medical benefits and billing process

5+ or more years of experience in account management, benefit plan configuration, or related field

1+ years of project management experience including the management of complex requirements

In depth knowledge of pharmacy products, services, and system capabilities

Experience interacting with various levels of an organization, including senior leadership

Experience preparing and delivering presentations to clients

Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience with pharmacy benefits and claims

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy

Negotiation and conflict resolutions skills across various levels of an organization

Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments

Strong interpersonal communication skills using active listening and open-ended questions to encourage others' points of view to influence

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Exercise creativity and innovation in achieving project results

Education
Bachelor's degree is required; equivalent work experience may substitute degree.
