Carnegie Mellon University’s Robotics Institute is searching for a Project Scientist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment
Job Functions:
- Conduct research on one or more projects to lead technical design and development.
- Prepare technical project reports, presentation material, technical papers for publication, as well as material for new project proposals.
- Perform general project management; work with collaborators and project sponsors to coordinate efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Robotics or related fields
- At least 2 years of post-doctoral work experience
Required Skillsets
- Strong track record of publications in top conferences and journals in robotics or related fields
- Hands on programming skills in C/C++, Python
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-have Skillsets
- Project management skills
