ManTech is seeking a Systems Analyst II to support the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Corona Division in Norfolk, VA.

Position Overview:

Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects.  Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.  Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.  Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.  Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.  Has good understanding of the business or function for which applications is designed.  Knowledgeable in the Navy Modernization Program Management and Operations Manual for Alteration Installation Teams to include equipment removal, cabling, connectorization, power panel wiring, electrical equipment installation, and cable way finishing work.

Experience Level/Education/Clearance Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, seven (7) years of experience with an Associate's degree, or twelve (12) years of experience with a High School diploma.  Should have one (1) year of experience with at least three (3) of the following:  Logistics; Systems Engineering; Acquisition Management; Software Engineering; Configuration Management; analyzing technical requirements and quantitative performance metrics.
  • For shipboard installation support must be NAVSEA Cable Way and connector certified. Must be qualified in Tag-out.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
